On a personal note, I believe that therapy doesn’t have to be stiff or formal to be effective. I bring warmth, a good sense of humour and a down to earth approach to every session. Creating a safe space where you can be yourself , feel relaxed and be understood .

My clients often tell me they feel lighter, calmer, happier and more in control after just a few sessions, demonstrating that real change doesn’t have to take a long time.”
